Bermuda Fishcakes Recipe

What is Good Friday in Bermuda without fishcakes?! Try our easy to make recipe for delicious codfish cakes this holiday!

BERMUDA CODFISH CAKES INGREDIENTS

1 lb flaked codfish 

3/4 cup Mashed potatoes 

1 grated onion

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 beaten egg

DIRECTIONS

1. Soak codfish overnight.

2. Boil codfish and potatoes u til tender.

3. Flake fish and mash potatoes
