Bermuda Loquat Liquor

Many have requested a recipe for Loquat Liqueur, so we decided to use Gosling Gold Seal Rum for our simple to make version!

Your choice of liqueur (Any type of light rum or liqueur will work perfectly)

1. Wash loquats and dry

2. Prick loquats and put into large canister. A large mason jar would work well

3. Top with sugar. We used about a ½ cup of sugar in each mason jar but you could use more if you wish.

4. Fill with desired liqueur

5. Shake! Let sit and shake a couple times a month. The longer you let mixture sit the better it will taste! We suggest up to a year.
